English-taught master giving in-depth grounding in the classic sport-science disciplines - biomechanics and neuroscience, exercise biology and training, psychology and social science, research skills - plus entrepreneurial and communication skills, ending with a master's thesis. Note the €6,000 tier: this is double the Weihenstephan and Straubing life-science programmes. Based at TUM's city-centre campus. Teaching is at the School of Medicine and Health (Ismaninger Str. 22) and the associated sport-science facilities.
Admission requirements
- Prior degree
- Bachelor's of at least six semesters in sports science or a related subject
- Minimum grade
- Aptitude assessment including a practical performance test - 2026 dates: early sitting 24 April, main sitting 12 June.

- TOEFL iBT 88, IELTS 6.5, Cambridge or PTE per the TUM standard; GMAT above 600 or an English-medium bachelor's is also accepted.
