An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (120 ECTS) in particle physics, jointly awarded by TU Dortmund, the University of Bologna, and the University of Clermont Auvergne. Students move as a cohort across all three countries: semester 1 in France (Clermont-Ferrand), semester 2 in Germany (Dortmund), semester 3 in Italy (Bologna), and semester 4 thesis at one of the partner institutions. Three methodological pillars: ML and statistical data analysis, detector physics and instrumentation, and large-scale scientific computing. Fully English-taught. Note: Erasmus Mundus scholarships (approx. 18 per cohort) cover all fees plus a monthly stipend. See imapp.eu for full programme details, fees, and scholarship application.

⚠ IMAPP fee structure differs from standard TU Dortmund programmes. Self-funded students pay approximately €970 per semester (all-inclusive, paid to TU Dortmund; the standard semester contribution is bundled into this fee; do NOT add €339.70 on top). Erasmus Mundus scholarship winners pay no tuition and receive a stipend. Confirm current fees at https://imapp.eu/scholarships-fees/tuition-fees/. semesterContributionEur is intentionally omitted from this record: the actual fee is bundled into the ~€970 consortium fee above.
Scholarships are listed per university: see TU Dortmund scholarships.
