## Admission requirements

- Prior degree: Recognised first university degree (210 ECTS / six-semester standard)
- Minimum grade: not confirmed
- Prerequisite credits: At least 3 years of professional experience; A CV without gaps; A motivation letter
- Also required: ⚠ This is a part-time programme for mid-career professionals, not a consecutive master's: applicants without work experience are not eligible. Admission involves an ability test and a multi-stage process. Non-EU/EEA applicants still apply via TUMonline including a uni-assist VPD. The average participant is 34 years old with 8 years of work experience and 4 years of leadership experience; roughly 41% of each cohort is international.
