## Admission requirements

- Prior degree: Bachelor in Geoecology or a substantially equivalent degree
- Minimum grade: Admission-restricted (ja)
- Prerequisite credits: Mathematics 8 LP; Physics 8 LP; Inorganic chemistry 7 LP; Organic chemistry 4 LP; Plus climatology, ecology, geology, hydrology, botany, zoology, statistics and GIS — conditional admission (Zulassung unter Auflage) is possible
- Also required: EU and non-EU applicants alike apply directly through the KIT Online-Portal of the International Students Office; KIT performs its own foreign-degree equivalence check. No uni-assist, no VPD, no application fee. APS certificate required for applicants from China, Vietnam and India.
